True Divorce Consultancy – Course Terms & Conditions

1. About This Course
The services provided by True Divorce Consultancy (“TDC”) are educational and coaching in nature.
TDC is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
This course is designed to help you understand the divorce process, gain financial clarity, and build confidence in your decisions. It does not constitute financial advice, and you should not act solely on the information in the course without seeking professional guidance.
If you would like regulated financial advice tailored to your individual circumstances, our sister company, True Financial Design Ltd, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 848514). There is no obligation to use this service, but you are welcome to explore that option if you would value professional advice.
2. Important Financial Information
Please keep in mind:

4. Course Access and Use
Your enrolment provides personal access only to the course materials. You must not share, copy, or distribute these materials with others. All content remains the intellectual property of True Divorce Consultancy Ltd.
We may occasionally update or improve course materials to ensure the information remains accurate and relevant. These updates will be made available to all active course participants.
5. Refund Policy
You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided that you have not accessed or completed a significant portion of the course.
After 14 days, refunds are not available.

6. Payment Plans and Instalments
You may choose to pay for the course either in full or through a 3-month payment plan.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments in full.
This means:

Each monthly payment will be automatically charged to the same payment method you used at checkout, on or around the same date each month.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid throughout the plan.

The payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled partway through once access to the course has been provided.

Failure to make a payment may result in temporary suspension of course access until the balance is settled.

If a payment fails, we will contact you to update your details or retry the charge. Continued non-payment may result in the balance being referred to a collections service.
Refunds for payment plans follow the same 14-day policy as outlined above. After this period, all remaining instalments remain payable in full.
If you experience genuine financial hardship during your plan, please contact us. We will always aim to find a fair and compassionate solution.
7. Community Conduct and Respect
Our private online community is a key part of your learning experience. It is designed to be a safe, supportive, and confidential space.
By joining the course, you agree to:

8. Participation and Engagement
This course is designed as a guided learning and coaching experience, not a passive video library. To gain the most benefit, you agree to:

Engage with the community and attend live or group sessions when possible.
Your progress and results will depend on your personal effort, participation, and engagement.
We are here to support you, but meaningful results come when you take consistent action.
9. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All course content — including videos, written materials, graphics, checklists, templates, and downloads — are the exclusive property of True Divorce Consultancy Ltd.
You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
You also agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants. Information, stories, or discussions shared within the community or live sessions must remain private.
10. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, True Divorce Consultancy Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or action taken as a result of relying on this information.
By enrolling in the course, you agree that TDC, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your participation or use of the course materials.
